    If the order quantity is sufficient, Our company WhiteMarble.com will dispatch our professional technicians or workers for installation at local site to help customer finish project and save the unnecessary cost. More practically, if the project sites has already hired relevant workers, we will arrange our professional installation consultants according to the needs of the project to guide and assist the local workers to complete the project in the fastest and best way. The full cost will be borne by the construction site.

    If the project site needs our engineers to check the CAD drawings and the engineering details, we can send our on-site CAD drawer to the construction site to accurate measure, stake out, and made the real drawings of project. We can also update the drawings in real time according to the real-time progress of the marble project. The CAD processed by our factory will updates the project site' drawing every day and updates the real time.

    If customer has not issued the drafts for the project, we will provide our professional CAD drawings or guide the customers on how to actually measure the approximate size. If the order quantity is small or private house or customer needs proposal of installation, we also will ask for local distributor or wholesales to arrange for the service. If the customer's drawings are incorrect or the order is mistake, we will ship updated corrected order that needs to be replenished as soon as possible as priority. All questions, our team will answer you within 24hours and provide a solution or suggest to you asap.
